We intentionally keep our graduate numbers small so you’ll get all the attention and mentoring you need to grow professionally and make a smooth transition into the industry. We specifically concentrate on providing an individually focused approach to your job training and career development.
You’ll develop through formal training, on-the-job experience and tailored support, including graduate workshops, networking events and your very own mentor. The highlight of the Program is the chance to gain exposure to some of the best professionals in our field, and first-hand experience of the challenges and adventure of live project work, during two twelve-month placements on site.
